Primary

Around the age of 8, as children in Grades 1 and 2 begin to move towards a more descriptive understanding of concepts, the teaching–learning process in Grades 3, 4, and 5 at Parisar Asha gradually transitions to a more structured classroom approach. This stage introduces textbook-based learning while continuing to uphold the organisation’s core philosophy of play-way, activity-based, and discovery-oriented learning. This ensures that learning remains engaging, meaningful, and rooted in hands-on experiences.

By the ages of 10–11, when children develop the ability to think abstractly and analytically, Parisar Asha places greater emphasis on holistic, experiential, and analysis-based learning across subjects. Strong focus is given to interdisciplinary integration, with the arts woven into core subjects to make learning relevant to real-life contexts. Aligned with the principles of NEP 2020, this approach nurtures critical thinking, creativity, values, and social responsibility, enabling children to grow into well-rounded individuals equipped with essential 21st-century skills.
